Membership Agreement/Terms of Service:
You ("You" or "Member") must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Agreement") before joining the Littleguyco-op.com program.
Littleguyco-op.com, ("Littleguyco-op.com" or "we") may revise these terms from time to time, at our sole discretion, by updating this posting. Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the Service will signify your acceptance to the modified terms. Please review the terms on this website frequently to look for changes.
A. PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION. You must provide Littleguyco-op.com with your valid email upon sign up. Littleguyco-op.com reserves the right to request verification of, and member agrees to be subject to verification of, any of the information provided by member for enrollment with and continued use of the services provided by Littleguyco-op.com. You may not impersonate or misrepresent your identity. Littleguyco-op.com reserves the right to terminate any account, and associated membership, containing untruthful information.
Littleguyco-op.com. is not responsible for lost payments or communications due to your failure to provide us with valid contact information as reasonably necessary.
A.1) ENROLLMENT. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, Littleguyco-op.com, at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
A.2) TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION. Littleguyco-op.com at it's sole discretion and for any reason or no reason at all may terminate any Members without prior notice for (a) any violation of any provision of this Agreement; (b) aiding in or promoting circumvention of the Littleguyco-op.com. Service; (c) acting against the business interests or reputation of Littleguyco-op.com.; (d) otherwise acting unlawfully in relationship to Littleguyco-op.com., the Littleguyco-op.com website or the Littleguyco-op.com Services; (e) breach of our Spamming Policy.
A.3) MEMBER ETIQUETTE. Member shall not tamper, hack, spoof, copy, modify, or otherwise corrupt the administration, security, or proper function of any part of Littleguyco-op.com. Violation by member will result in termination of membership, loss of all accrued profit lines and bar from future participation with the services of Littleguyco-op.com. Any decision made by Littleguyco-op.com relating to termination of membership in cases of suspected abuse or violation of its rules shall be final and binding.
B) Littleguyco-op.com does not warranty, guarantee, or insure income potential.
B.1)REFUNDS. No refunds are given. All membership sales and admin fees are final.
We have a ZERO SPAM policy The use of SPAM to generate sales is strictly prohibited. Any member deemed to be spamming will be terminated immediately.? No refunds or bonuses will be issued. This includes spamming other members by collecting or harvesting their email addresses to cross promote other online programs. All evidence gathered will be turned over to the proper authorities, including their payment processor, their Internet Service Provider, and possibly others. This may result in any of the following to the offending member: Termination of their Littleguyco-op.com Account (no refunds!) Termination of their payment proccessor Account (and loss of all funds within) Termination of their E-Mail / Internet Account Possibility of class-action lawsuits (spam is illegal in most states).
B.2) PRIVACY. All information collected upon sale is used for personal identification only. Your E-Mail Address and other personal information will never EVER be sold to anyone.
B.3)SUBSCRIPTIONS/FEES. There are no subscription fees associated with the free membership. Subscription cancellations are the responsibility of the member. There are no refunds or prorated refunds.
B.4)CHARGEBACKS. All chargebacks against Littleguyco-op.com are challenged. Chargebacks should only be used in case of fraud. Littleguyco-op.com should be contacted regarding all cases of fraud if possible. In either event, should a successful chargeback be levied against us, the following policy applies. If you charge back, we fine you $1,500 for each occurance plus the loss of the amount and additional bank fees. The fine plus additional fees is turned over to the following agencies and services: TRW International for collections (They collect in every country in the world except for Iraq, Nigeria and Afghanistan). We file small claims for the $1,500 plus the loss in the city of Williamsburg, VA and have you served. We submit all your data to the Internet abuse newsgroups as well as to Creditalert.org. Furthermore, if your chargeback is based on claiming fraud and we are able to prove otherwise (we keep all contact info and IP logs indefinitely) we will file criminal charges against you. Chargebacks are not a legitimate process to receive refunds. If you do it to us, we will pursue all avenues to restitute the damages you caused. In otherwords, don't charge back unless there has been an fraudulent charge to your account for services provided by Littleguyco-op.com. Otherwise, we will throw the kitchen sink at you, and you will not receive your chargeback!
